It may depend on the completion of other updates if the updates are interconnected or if they have dependencies on each other. For example, if one update introduces a new feature that another update relies on, then the completion of the first update would be necessary for the second update to be successful. However, if the updates are independent of each other, then the completion of other updates may not have an impact on this particular update. FPS, or frames per second, depend on the performance of the hardware components in a computer system, such as the CPU, GPU, and RAM. The higher the processing power and memory capacity of these components, the higher the FPS that can be achieved in a game or application. Additionally, factors like screen resolution, graphics settings, and the complexity of the game being played can also impact FPS. Overall, a balance of hardware performance and software optimization is crucial in achieving smooth and high FPS in gaming and other applications. **
